MINUTES OF MISMANAGEMENT MEETING

SUMMARY: New GM has thanked to be the member of mismanagement and explain the expected studies from members..

ACTIONS/RESULTS

1- All members are agree to improve hash imagination and try to introduce hash into selected people, groups, then get more participation, more fun, more satisfaction..

It is decided If any members is not to participate hash run, they will find their replacement by themselves.

2- Mr Majestik and Machine Gun kelly will talked with some drivers and try to get prices in 2-3 days. Commitee will criticed those prices after sunday run. If it is acceptable, hash bus will provided again after Nash Hash.

3- Mr Majestik gave a brief info about hash cash situation. There is 616 YTL as cash. On the other hand there are some unpaid running fees. He will prepare a list about those payment on sunday run. It is decided not to change running fee payment for a time period.

4- It is agreed that there is no any proper list of hash assests. Mr Majestik will prepare a list including all assests in 1 week time.

5- Eskimo Pie will revise hash board in soon. She will prepare some posters and notices. Machine Gun Kelly will prepare b-cards for all members of the commitee. It is understood that, card design is almost ready and Ankara HHH will not make any payment since Efes sponsorship.

6- Ankara HHH members will be the most crowded group in Antalya.. Machine Gun kelly will contact with Efes people and get 100 t-shirts, then those t-shirts will be distrubuted in Antalya for free.

If there is no enought people in Ankara during nash hash, run in Ankara will be cancelled. Decision will be announced during the circle on Sunday 30 april.

7- Aviary will prepare a special montly notes including some general info about mostly runs and hash in general. All members will send some notes to her either in english or turkish and she will put them together. Wurzel Gummidge will print and copied those notes and distrubute to hashers..

8-  Web site is updating regularly and it is OK. GoKart will try to add some interesting material especially into first (index page).

9- Here's Johnny will control hash coolers and not let anyone to take beers/softies before first runner/walker will return to meeting place without extra payment for that.  In case hashres will pay 3 ytl for beer, 1,5 ytl for softies. Water is free all the time..

10- Caterpillar will arrange hares. She will try to find sone virgin hares to improve their haring experience. On the other hand some special runs like garbage collection run, tree planting run etc will be organized.

11. Blow Hard has recommeded that hash is not to provide beer except down downs.. In this case Every one will bring their own beer. Not agreed.

12-  Every friday after 8 pm, hasher will meet at hash house regularly. Fire Man is try to arrange other places to meet. Smiley and Machine Gun Kelly will visit the manager of EFEs and try to arrange EFES Runs at their places like depot site on Konya Highway, Brewery site at Kazan etc.
